Before submitting a reference ensure the customer has agreed to be a reference. Please be sure the customer fills out the consent form, which is downloadable in the Sales Enablement section of this site.
This form must be completed in English. Complete all the required fields in the form (fields with a *). A form can be partially completed, saved and then submitted at a later time. For additional information see the sales enablement page.
